Contact details of each tour provider are shown within the tour pages.

I'm arriving via Spain, where is best to park?

To avoid border queues and traffic, it's advisable to park on the Spanish side in La Linea de la Concepcion. There are plenty of car parks to choose from, including one directly opposite the border near McDonalds and Burger King (called Focona).

I'm arriving via the border, do I need my Passport?

It is mandatory to present your ID (Europeans) or passport (non-Europeans) to enter and exit the territory of Gibraltar.

Please check if you need a visa at http://www.gibraltarborder.gi/visa.

If you are a British resident in Spain, please remember to bring your NIE or TIE. If you are holidaying in Spain then please bring your hotel booking reservation too to avoid any issues with the border guards on the Spanish side (Brexit controls).

What is the meeting point for arriving via the border?

Upon entering Gibraltar through Passport Control (ensure you have your passport or ID card), you will first pass by a red British telephone box. Continue walking straight for 80 meters, passing the taxi rank. On the left side of the road, you will see a large car park (where the buses park). Use the zebra crossing to safely reach the car park. Our tour guide and vehicle will be waiting for you there, with a sign displaying your name on the windshield.

If you have any problems our tour guides will be available via Whatsapp to help.

How do I pay?

You can pay with either card or cash. Card payments incur a 1.69% fee.

All prices are listed in GBP.

In Gibraltar, we use the pound (GBP) but also accept Euros and Dollars. The price for tours paid in Euros or Dollars will be based on the exchange rate of the day.

If needed, we can stop at an ATM for cash withdrawals.

If you prefer to pay in advance, we can provide our bank account details for an online transfer.

What's the difference between a private tour and the cable car?

Private tours with our providers are all done in air conditioned luxury mercedes passenger vehicles for up to 8 people, and you can be picked up and dropped off at your chosen location.

The benefit of a private tour is that you can travel between the sights and attractions much more easily as there is a long distance between them if walking up and down the roads on the Upper Rock. Private tours are especially advantageous in summer months when the heat can be a factor where walking up hills in the sun with high temperatures can be exhausting.

The cable car also depends on the weather (closed during windy days), it can be closed for maintenance and there can be long queues, especially during peak season. A private tour avoids these issues.

Also with the Cable Car and the long distance between attractions, most cable car users just visit the top of The Rock to see the viewing platform and monkeys, but miss out on the other sights such as St Michael's Cave, The Great Siege Tunnels, World War II Tunnels, Moorish Castle, Windsor Suspension bridge and many more.

What languages are the tours in?

All of our Gibraltar tour guides are bilingual in both English and Spanish. Our vehicles are also equipped with a multimedia system offering the tour in French, German, Polish, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese and Czech.
